Last year many judges had difficulty logging into SFIAB. Please review the instructions below before proceeding to judge registration.

Registration Steps - All Judges

  1. Click the Judge Registration link on either the top or bottom of this page.

  2. The screen below will open.


    3. Click on Login/Register.

  3. The next steps depend on whether or not you have judged previously at the PRSF. If you have judged before at the PRSF and therefore already have an account, skip to Returning Judges

New Judges

  1. In the screen that is now open click on I am a new judge and would like to register to judge.

  2. The screen that opens will inform you that your password has expired and that you must change it. Choose a new password and then click the Change Password button. Record your new password as it is the one that you will use to login from now on
  3. On the new screen that opens, fill in your First Name, Last Name and Email. The Judge Password is the password that you received in a letter or saw in a poster inviting you to act as a judge. Click Register. If you do not have the password contact the webmaster

  4. On the screen that opens click Contact Information.

  5. Complete all the required fields in the Contact Information screen and then click Save Personal Information.

    6. Note: Organization is not a required field, but it is extremely helpful in assigning judges if you complete it.
    eg. 2nd yr Physics at Trent, Engineer at GE, retired chemistry teacher etc.

    The Contact Information should now be marked as Complete.
  6. Now click Judge Registration to return to the main Judge Registration page to complete the Other Information and Areas of Expertise sections.
  7. Continue in this manner until all items in Judge Registration are marked as Complete.

  8. Your registration is now complete. Please Logout by using the Logout link in the upper-right of the page

Returning Judges

  1. In the screen that is now open click on I am a judge and already have an account.

  2. On the screen that opens, fill in your email address and the password that you set as your personal password in previous years. If you have forgotten your password the system can mail it to you.

    3. If SFIAB sends you your password and you copy and paste the password into the password text box, make sure that it contains only 12 characters. If there are 13, delete the last one.

  3. Click on Login.

  4. Please check each item by clicking on it and update any information that may have changed since you last judged.


    5. Although Organization (under Contact Information) is not a required field it is extremely helpful in assigning judges to judging teams. If you this field is blank, please complete it.
    eg. 2nd yr Physics at Trent, Engineer at GE, retired chemistry teacher etc.

All Judges

  1. You will receive an e-mail informing reminding you of the upcoming fair and indicating the date and location of the judge training session a week or two before the fair.

  2. If for any reason you find that you are unavailable to judge, please login and remove your name from the registration list.

  3. If you have any questions about or problems with registration please contact the webmaster.
