  8:00 - 8:45

Lunch is not provided but the Otonabee Market Place in Otonabee College (near Wenjack Theatre) will be open for people who want to purchase food. A seating area is available there also.

   1:00 - 2:15

   2:15 - 2:30

Remove projects: Please ensure you remove all your project materials.

   2:30 - 3:30

Reptile Zoo
Wenjack Theatre

   3:30 - 4:30

Awards Ceremony in the Wenjack Theatre for all participants

Note: Participants are reminded that they are responsible for the security of their projects at all times and that all project materials must be removed from the site at the end of the Fair.

We would like each school to have enough volunteers to help the students in their set up and removal. By asking you to do this, we will make sure that all students will be ready for the judging at the appropriate time. It will eliminate the frustration which may face some students before the arrival of the judges.

Please keep in mind that students will spend a great deal of time waiting and they should be encouraged to bring along homework, a book or games to fill in the time.

Please note that the Awards Ceremony will not be over before 4:30 in case you need to make special arrangements for your students’ transportation home.
